Start creating your TikTok

start make sure Tick Tock is completely updated on your phone once you know it's up to date head to the app

and click the plus sign start recording your video with your regular Voice or you can upload a video from your camera roll coming to you live from coupling

Change your voice

 once you're done selecting or recording click the audio editing option on the right if you see Jessie and deep as options then you have the AI filter unfortunately this filter is only available to a limited number of users

another solution would be to use the online video editor kapwing on kapung start a new project and upload the video you'd like to use you can then add text on the left sidebar and type out what you say in your video you can then select the text

and click Text to speech on the right hand side you can choose between a female American and a male American Voice
