if you guys have been seeing these artistic kinds of photos all over social media and wondering how to do them you're in the right place these photos that you've been seeing are called Magic avatars and actually use AI to generate artistic looking photos from selfies then the machine learns what your face looks like through uploading a variety of selfies and then when you export you have many different photos of different scenarios using your face these are really cool for something like a profile picture on different social medias

today I'm going to show you guys how to make these artsy looking photos using this app so let's get into it okay so firstly I just want to give some warnings so number one some people are having some privacy concerns with AI generated art for instance some people are concerned that if you are uploading your photos to an AI generated machine learning app that they now have access to all the data about your face and are able to use that data in the future

How does the app work lensa

if this is a concern for you you might want to read through the lensa apps privacy policy before going through with this secondly there's concern over AI AI art and whether or not it's plagiarism for using real artists as inspiration and machine learning machine learning uses images that already exist to understand what someone might want in a piece of art

so it's possible that it's using art from real life artists this is up to your morals but if you do use AI generated art maybe consider commissioning a real life artist to make some art for you as well we love artists and creatives here so make sure you guys support them as well thirdly and finally this is not free you actually need a subscription to use this app however there is a free trial which is what I use to make these photos of me but even with the subscription you have to pay a one-time fee for exporting these photos I paid five dollars to export 50 of these photos and the price increases if you want to export more
